Job Description:

**PS 9.1 upgrade developer. 

**TAM; Most importantly, e-performance, Succession Planning as well as ESS/MSS, Profile Management and Candidate Gateway.

**In terms of technical skills:  XML Publisher, applications package, component interface, custom messaging, SQR.
