We have an urgent requirement for "Data Analyst"

 

Position       : "Data Analyst"

Location      :  Washington, DC

Type             :  Long Term Contract;

Rate              : $50-55/hr on C2C (slightly negotiable)

Start Date    : Immediate; BG will be initiated if selected

 

 Job Description:

Analyst

Ø  Good experience with analysis of requirements and identification of gaps

Ø  String experience in documenting system context diagrams

Ø  Good knowledge of systems interaction (and types of interfaces)

Ø  Ability to work with business and technology counterparts in an effective manner to identify and close issues.

Ø  Ability to document systems specifications and associated artifacts that help in the design of the solution.

Ø  Strong working knowledge of Databases, Queries, data mapping, data transformations and derivations

Ø  Strong in XML with the ability to create XML schemas based on logical data models

Ø  Good understanding of SOA concepts

Ø  Exposed at least one programming language such as Java.

Ø  Experience with DOORS, XML Spy, Clearcase and Clearquest

Ø  Experience in reviewing the test cases to ensure 100% coverage

Ø  An additional nice to have would be if they have testing capabilities and experience to support the tester in writing cases and execution
