Job Title: Oracle DBA
Location:Southwest NY
Duration:2+ months

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Oracle DBA with experience with Oracle 11gR2; RAC, ASM and partitioning experience
PeopleSoft experience
Exadata/Exalogic experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
"Operating as technical resources, to coordinate and execute the installation of a PeopleSoft Supply Chain environment on an Exadata/Exalogic (Oracle Enterprise Linux).  These resources will be responsible for the actual installation, configuration and other ancillary tasks associated with installation of the PeopleSoft application on a new set of hardware.

Responsibilities:
Assist Oracle with the installation and configuration of the database and application server(s)
Tuned and optimize the operating system parameters
Build the initial Prism integration environment; environment will be PeopleSoft 9.1 with PeopleTools 8.52
Installation and configuration of Quest STAT for the promotion of objects into the new environment (migration of objects will be performed by the deployment team)
Support the deployment, configuration and optimization of the PeopleSoft environment
Configuration of the application and web servers
Configuration of the advanced Oracle RDBMS options such as compression, ASM, Real Application Cluster (RAC) and partitioning
Knowledge and transfer to client
