FACE TO FACE REQUIRED…

Minimum Requirements:
QA Analyst  with more than 6 to 7  years of experience
Preferable testing CRM, WEB applications ,Integration testing
A team player with excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in QA test planning, test case development, project plan execution and business/system analysis.
Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment to meet project deadlines and expectations.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
Experience in cross functional testing efforts .Ability to work with business analysts and able to convert use cases into test cases
Perform functional and regression testing
Create Test Plan and Test cases for new product in environment based on requirement and specification.
Develop and execute manual test cases based on business requirements
Able to log defects and follow up on status
Communicate cross team needs to the test lead
Communicate status with test lead. Escalate issues promptly
Manage and Drive Test Script Execution: Create test sets, script execution assignments, and creating daily completion metrics/targets during test exec.
Ensure testing metrics are met.
