- 7-10+ years experience is preferred.
- These resources should be more designers (or "thinkers") and less implementation/maintenance resources (or hands-on "do-ers).
- Position involves gathering requirements from business units and developing solutions for the enterprise.
- Strong documentation skills are required.
- Experience developing highly available services is a plus
Must have
- Cisco Communications Manager 8.x design experience.
- Experience designing other Cisco UC solutions is a plus - Meetingplace 8.x, Unity 8.x,
- Presence 8.x, CUPC, Cisco Digital Signage (DMS). IPCC (CCX 8.x) Scripting a plus.
