Title: QA Manager

An identifiable progression from QA Test Engineer.
5+ years of deep formal hands-on experience as a software tester into the QA Manager role, where at least the past 3-4 years have been directly in the QA Manager position.
Resume reviews and phone screens are being conducted on the basis of these criteria, as well as relevant technologies.
We are looking for an experienced QA manager with some depth of data orientation, perhaps from a data warehousing background.
They would ideally possess work experience with (or at least working knowledge of) concepts like data quality, data analysis, -profiling, - attributes, -mapping, -integration, etc.
A strong SQL foundation is required, even if they're a little rusty on writing more than basic queries. Prior experience with at least one of the dominant AHM technologies is also desired, such as web services and SOA, or ETL and data transformation/loading.
If experience or exposure is claimed in any of these areas, they should be prepared to draw directly upon their work history to describe the nature and depth of that experience.
