Testing background on an Agile Team is required

Experience Required:

2+ years hands on automation development experience with C#/.Net

3+ years hands on Testing \ Quality Assurance experience

Experience with Microsoft based architecture and applications.

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Self starter that is able to develop and execute detailed automated tests in various environments.

• Able to break a system down by its functional components and write tests to ensure components meet the requirements.

• Able to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment with members of a cross functional team.

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines amid shifting priorities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• 2-4 years experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing utilizing software testing tools within the Microsoft tools.

• Understanding of Agile practices and continuous integration techniques

• Able to create and execute detailed automated tests

• Prioritize and work multiple tasks with limited supervision.

• Good communication skills (both oral and written).

• Ability to share knowledge with team members 

• Strong understanding of SQL

• Experience in test automation of web and non-user interface applications

• Experience with all types of testing within a SDLC

• Experience with White box testing techniques.

• Experience with development and test tools.

• Experience in a distributed environment, Preferably Microsoft based environment.

• Experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server / Visual Studio
