·         3+ years of performance testing experience

·         Loadrunner 9.5, Sitescope

·         Loadrunner -RTE (Protocol) must

·         All phases of performance testing Test planning, Scripting, Executions & Analysis ·         Good documentation ·         Good communication skills

·         Participates in process improvement initiatives ·         Participate in the development and implementation of PE processes.

·         Estimating PE effort at the project level.
