Technical Manager with EAI/Or BPM experience –

 

• Leader for the Business Accelerator group and responsible for client meeting its commitments 
• Provide thought leadership and strategic inputs to enable Business Accelerator group to further its COE journey (EAI or BPM)
• Experience in setting up or managing technology and experience with industry standard reference architecture frameworks 
• Participate in critical Architecture and Engineering decisions and provide input 
• Management of all support and development services in scope, activities and deliverables – Onsite, Onshore and Offshore
• Ensure that all deliverables are of high quality, within budget and within schedule
• Responsible for interaction with and management of all stakeholders – client System Director, Development teams, QA, MIS group
• Risk Management for all BA group related activities as it relates to client
• Work with clients Business Accelerator lead to identify resource requirements at least (6) weeks before the resources are required
• Distribute workload among all client project members globally
• Track progress, and provide weekly status 
• Escalate any delivery issues when required and Participate in triage as required
