Title:  Systems Analyst (Financial)

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Duration: 6+ month Contract

 

Systems Analyst II (Financial)- Systems Analysis, Rational, Commercial Insurance, Excel, Gap Analysis, Health Insurance, Financial, General Ledger (G-L), Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, MS Office, Product Development Life cycle, SQL, Use Case Analysis, Definition, Attention to Detail, Managing Multiple Priorities, Problem Solving Skills

 

The Systems Analyst will provide comprehensive consultation to technical staff and business unit clients in recommending solutions to business problems. The analyst will elicit requirements; prepare detailed system requirements, specifications, and documents. The analyst will be responsible for the design of systems and their subsystems, utilizing an understanding of available system architecture, tools, capabilities, and other technical considerations. The analyst will also provide support during all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. Capabilities include, but are not limited to, Finance and Premium Billing for Over 65 and Under 65 products.

 

3-5 years work experience in analytical, development, and/or testing role. Required skills include requirement elicitation, JAR/JAD, effective communication, system design experience, Use Case, UML, RUP, SDLC process. Experience with Rational Tool Set (ReqPro, ClearCase, RSA) Health Care Experience Preferred Finance, General Ledger, Premium Billing experience required
