Location : Albuquerque, NM

NEED BOTH ONSITE AND REMOTE RATES
SPECIFIC TASKS :
· Review analyze PM Database Structure and configuration
· Pinpoint issues and outline possible redesign options with minimum visible impact on business process. Standardization of configuration processes for different departments is desirable.
· PM Resource Planning to allow for distribution of WO assignments from Call Center . Why/What is available and what skills are required
· Possible redesign for better tracking of Operations/tasks , PM Activities (Labor) , Materials and Equipment to accommodate reporting requirements
· Ability to calculate labor hours with breaks and overtime
· Possible help with O & M operations/activities/tasks screen design
· Inventory's goods issue to work orders to be shown under materials used
· Tracking Perfomance criterias for Call Center and departments. Ability to report on planned and actual performance
· Integration for IM, MM and PM(ability to track issued materials/equipment to work order and project) for all departments
