We are looking for a kind of unique consultant… Ideally a person with a strong Data Modeling background in Data Warehousing… Really would need to have strong understanding… If they had experience with Education or Public sector it would be first choice….
As project data modeler you will work with our enterprise data base group to develop database models to meet business requirements. Defines data requirements and business rules. Gathers and refines requirements, designs database structures, writes model definitions and metadata, and reviews models for accuracy, adherence to standards, and architectural conformity. Performs logical and physical data modeling. Implements and tests database designs.
Job Requirements
o Plans for collection method, data cleansing, and normalization of enterprise data to support decision making and reporting.
o Assures integrity of data, software, and hardware; develops policies and procedures related to development and support of new and ongoing systems.
o Coordinates data models, dictionaries, and other database documentation across multiple applications.
o Works with data transformation teams to ensure design is properly communicated.
o Has strong understanding of SQL Server Databases.
