| Roles & Responsibilities | : | · Development experience in PL/1 is a must · Understanding and analyzing business requirements & provide estimates · Participate in analysis and design meetings and review meetings · Co-ordinate with offshore · Develop the code, unit test, integration test and system test · Help system testing team with data mining · Work independently and produce results often under severe time constraints and difficult working conditions · Establish "Best Practices" and plan for continuous improvement of processes |
