| Primary Skills (Functional) | - Domain Knowledge on Fund Accounting and Shareholder Services in Alternate Funds business
- Understanding Accounting Rules related to Fund transactions, rules engine configuration, Financial Statement Reporting and knowledge of complete workflow of Fund Accounting system and Shareholder systems (Transfer Holder Services) is must.
- Understanding of Data flow between TA systems and Fund Accounting System and how a FA system hooks up with other source and target applications like Reuters or Bloomberg for interfacing prices, security master and other static and reference data.
- Capability of identifying gaps between current linking of the systems and come up with suggested approach to optimize workflows between systems.

| Primary Skills (BA) | - Provide functional expertise and help develop business requirements definition.
- Prior Experience in Business Requirement Analysis and GAP Analysis.
- Prior Experience in Data Flow analysis between source and target systems related to Fund Accounting and Shareholder Services in Alternate Funds business.
- Prior experience to have worked at Client site on a consulting engagement.
- Knowledge of at least one off the shelf Fund Accounting Application and how a FA system relates to other systems.

| Job Description | - Responsibilities related to study of applications and identifying gaps related to application dependency between source and target systems.
- Identify data integrity issues between different systems related.
- Understanding operational challenges in coordination with business.
- Document the desired to-be state in coordination with stake holders.
- Documenting Gap Analysis between as-is and to-be state.
- Prepare Approach document and related functional specifications on the study.
- Must be willing to continue with the engagement for a longer time so at to help retain knowledge acquired on onsite task. This point has been discussed with UBS and has been stressed on
