JOB TITLE      :  Business Analyst

LOCATION      :  Houston, TX

DURATION      :  6 Months

 

Job Description:

·        Work with business managers in the identification, development and implementation of service quality and process initiatives, strategy and documentation.

·        Through the analysis of detailed statistical and financial data, consider business risk in relation to performance.

·        Monitor the effectiveness of processes through performance against targets, Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.

·        Affect improvements across the team to provide an efficient and cost effective managed service to its contracted clients.

Additional Job Details:

·        Solid business facing capability with ability to generate high-quality Power point / Word deliverables from interaction and Accenture and client feedback.

·        Develop SD IM vision.

·        Translate this vision into an executable strategy.

·        Document an implementation project plan based on the above.
