Key Responsibilities:

 

·         Assist customers/users with service/repair issues

·         Set-up, operates, and troubleshoots voice and video conferencing equipment, devices, and systems.

·         Work with team to scope and support video-related systems, such as logging and storage technology as well as streaming video, Web conferencing and video capture tools for use.

·         Experience with various operating Systems.

·         Troubleshooting of Operating Systems and Internet connection issues.

·         Knowledge of computer hardware diagnostic and troubleshooting.

·         Software installations and upgrading

·         Can install / troubleshoot all computer-related devices (video, sound, modem, printer, scanner, camera, etc.)

·         Have the ability to research online and work through problems

·         Ensure all AV equipment is fully operational, repair or clean equipment when necessary. Label any broken equipment, and communicate problems to manager/supervisor.

·         Tape down and dress all loose wire and cable.
