Job description:

 

·         Qualified candidates should have at least three years of solid experience with IP Video technology and be very comfortable with MPEG.

·         Function as a member of the team to provide day-to-day, operational support of VOD (Video on Demand) video delivery systems.

·         Solid video and/or RF background and MPEG experience.

·         Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution activities with other support teams

·         Experience delivering MPEG content

·         Experience of Digital Video (i.e. MPEG2, MPEG4, OCAP, etc)

·         Development of video codec benchmarks and prototypes, including a real-time high definition baseline profile H.264 encoder,

·         Support of multiple real-time software video codec's including DVC, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4

·         Optimization of real-time CIF image sized MPEG-1 and MPEG-4 video decoders.
