Required skills/qualifications include:
• 3 + years experience designing and implementing production Silverlight sites (Silvelight 3 & 4).
• 2 + years experience with two or more of the following:
o MVVM (Model View – View Model) Pattern
o RIA Services
o Expression Blend
o Building custom animations & controls
• 3 + years professional experience developing complex, high-availability, high-volume, n-tier applications
• Knowledge and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Experience in Performance/Load/Stress testing and familiarity with related tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team
• Be prepared to show examples of your past work with Silverlight
