·         We have people who are familiar with the business but learning CRM – need to pair them up w/people who have a solid CRM background.  This will not be a training environment for the CRM application.  

·         Experience w/Plug-in's

·         Development/configuration positions

·         Configuring the tool to meet the business need

·         Configuration experience

·         Functional and technical experience required

·         2010 version
