Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 6 - 12 Months

Job Details:

* B.S. Computer Systems/Technical Area preferred
* Excellent Java-J2EE skills, a minimum of 5 years Java development experience
* Excellent Android based application development experience, a minimum of 2 years required
* Experienced in Hibernate, Struts 2x, Web 2.0, AJAX, DOJO, HTML, JSON and UML skills preferred
* Strong proficiency in database programming in both SQL and Oracle
* Experience in object oriented development methodology
* Experience programming with APIs
* Solid desktop and server computing skills, including installing and troubleshooting applications
* Preferred Experience in VXML, developing and tuning grammars is a plus; experience programming in .Net is a plus; ACD, IVR, CTI, Call Monitoring is a plus
* Excellent logical and analytical programming skills, demonstrated ability to find pro-active solutions
* Excellent systems analysis, troubleshooting skills and critical thinking skills
* Strong technology skills and understanding, with the ability to adapt to multiple platforms
* Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively with managers, end-users, and technical staff
* Experience with full application life cycle, including application definition, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance
* Proficiency in documentation, particularly design specifications & process flow diagrams
* Experience with project time estimates
