Direct Client Requirement
Position: QA Lead with Healthcare Exp.
Location : Philadelphia.
Duration : 6+ Month
The ideal candidate will have created and led QA teams in the past and established QA best practices and procedures. Prior Should experience in the healthcare industry and experience in the testing of mobile devices using Cloud technology is a plus.
| Responsibilities |
| Sr. QA Test Analyst to bring solid test practices onto a development project. |
| Analyze project scope to determine types of testing and test approach. |
| Create test plan and gain suggestions to the test approach from the project team. |
| Assist with recruiting test analysts to create and execute tests. |
| Test results reporting. |
| Process improvement suggestion/implementation. |
| Hands on testing. |
| Requirements analysis and clarification. |
| Test tool set up, implementation, and support for the project team. |
| Point person for all QA related matters for a project team. |
| Test estimation. |
| Experience |
| 4+ years leading QA projects |
| Mobile test experience |
| HP tool suite experience |
| 3-4 years QA test support in the hospital/clinical industry projects mandatory (familiar with hospital/clinical terminology) |
| HIPAA certified preferred |
| ScrumMaster certification highly desirable |
| 3-4 years working in an iterative/agile development environment leading testing |
| Duties |
| General: Liaison with on-site project team, developers, and business |

| General: Perform QA testing and results reporting |

| QA Testing: Proven QA Testing skills (creating test schedules, test approaches, test plans, process improvement, test estimates, organizing test suites, test execution, etc.) |
| QA Testing: Status Reporting proficiency, QA Trend Analysis experience |
| Technical Testing JAVA applications, cloud technology |
| Technical Cloud technology testing |
| Technical Mobile testing (Device Anywhere experience) |
| Technical Able to write and execute read SQL queries to verify and validate database tables |
| Technical Web service testing experience |
| Tools Quality Center v10.0 experience (requirements, test plan/lab, defects, dashboard) |
| Tools Device Anywhere |
| Tools LoadRunner exposure/Ability to plan load testing and analyze results. |
