Job Description:
J2EE and Oracle Experience that requires excellent analysis and technical skills to understand business requirements design and provide solution with excellent communication skills and have experience in customer facing and interaction with customer teams.
The candidate should be ready to work in application support and Maintenance project.
The candidate will be provided lead role and should be able to lead the offshore team.
The candidate will be a single point of contact for all the enhancements, issues , concerns , functional clarifications, deliverables etc.. pertaining to the given application developed using J2EE and Oracle.
Role & Responsibilities
# 5+ years of total experience in the design, development and very good knowledge in SDLC concepts.
# Extensive experience in the following areas: Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
# Experience in Spring and Struts frameworks
# Proficient in OO Design and Programming
# Must be able to guide the team to resolve critical issues in a seamless manner
# Knowledge and experience in applying industry standard Design Patterns for web application development
# Capability to visualize the Technical & Functional issues related to scalability and robustness of the applications.
# Should be capable of defining and evaluating the architecture and design of the applications.
# Expected to bring in proactive improvements in terms of technical and functional perspective
# Capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to architecture, design and application performance.
