    * Intermediate to advanced skills set in Oracle SQL/PLSQL & Java Scripts
    * Ability to debug and maintain the reports developed in Oracle Reports 6i
    * Must be able to create/develop and maintain Unix Shell scripts.
    * Intermediate experience in any Web Development Technologies
    * Intermediate to advanced skills with relational database concepts and basic SQL syntax
    * Experience on Oracle 10g & 11g
    * Basic or little experience in SQL Server 2005 and .Net and Java
    * Familiarity with Forms and PowerBuilder based client/server based application architectures
    * Prior Application Support 24/7 experience, Should be available/handle as team whenever there is a P1 Incident

Analytical/Troubleshooting/Soft Skills:

     * An analytical approach to problem solving
    * Multi-task and understand process to research and resolve problems using a variety of resources and skills
    * Work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize in order to meet or exceed the deadlines
    * Comfortable working in a team-based environment and must be able to lead a team of 5 to 7 members
    * Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
    * Experience successfully communicating technical concepts and issues to non-technical audiences
    * Client facing and good communication skills
    * Strong written and verbal communication skills
    * ITIL process knowledge
