The person who fills this position will be responsible for interfacing directly with business stakeholders to collect and document requirements. Written and oral communication skills are absolutely imperative! A background in systems analysis for application development with particular emphasis on web applications within Lean/Agile organizations is highly desired, as is prior experience working in a Scrum Agile development environment. All candidates must have significant experience and proficiency collecting business and system requirements, use cases, and user stories. Requisite Pro experience is a plus. THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER POSITION; however it does require knowledge of application development processes, and may require a fair amount of data analysis using MS SQL Server. Analytical SQL skills are required.
