SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

•             Qualified Business Analyst with BS (Eng.) and SEVEN years of experience. Strong knowledge and expertise in Insurance, Healthcare and Mortgage domains.

•             Advanced knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with excellent understanding of various methodologies like, Agile, RUP and Waterfall.

•             Strong knowledge and familiarity with HIPAA 5010; EDI transactions such as 837, 276, 277, 278, 835, 834, 820, 270 and 271;

•             Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10.

•             Knowledge FSA, HAS, HRA and IRA.

•             Strong knowledge and understanding of Health Insurance Plans including Medicare Part A, B and D.

•             Experienced working in Medicare and Medicaid projects.

•             Excellent Analytical skills to understand the Business processes, identify and document requirements (Technical, Functional and Non- Functional), and convert them into Systems Requirements Specifications.

•             Vast experience working with Stakeholders like Clients/Owners, SMEs, QAs, developers, Testers and Users.

•             Adept at preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), defining project scope/plans, Technical Requirements Specifications (TSD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Systems Requirements Specifications                    (SRS) and delivering project/status reports.

•             Experienced in creating Risk Assessments, Feasibility Reports and Systems Request.

•             Excellent skills in OO Analysis, Data Analysis, Requirement Analysis, Business Process Modeling, Data Modeling (ETL) and proficient in customizing workflows, activities and deliverables, user manuals, and user interface                 specifications.

•             Experience in developing Use case diagrams, Business flow diagrams, Activity and Sequence diagrams using tools like MS Visio and Visual Paradigm.

•             Excellent organizational skills in conducting JRD/JAD sessions; Conducting walkthroughs, surveys and interviews, with a vast experience working with various cross functional teams.

•             Familiarity in conducting GAP analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), SWOT analysis, Cost Benefit analysis, return of interest (ROI) Analysis and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).

•             Experience with iRise and Quality Center, good knowledge of Unit testing, Integration testing, System testing and Regression testing.

•             Overall expertise in Requirement identification process to Project closure sign off process in SDLC through Business Analysis. Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate intimately.

•             Excellent knowledge of ERP – SAP (MM&WM), Six Sigma, Lean, 5S and Kanban.

•             Strengths include quick learner, problem-solving capability, and ability to work as team player and lead the teams; demonstrated ability to achieve tight deadlines.
