Technical Skills.
- SQL Server 2005-2008 - We are looking for the ability to use it, not necessarily develop with it. Stored procedures/functions a big plus. SQL Server Management Studio a MUST. SSIS a nice-to-have. The candidate needs to be able to get around in packages created in SSIS and understand them.
- Other databases which would be desirable..Teradata, Oracle and MS Access.
Business Skills.
- At least 4 years data analyst work experience.
- Should have been located in more than just an IT shop. Looking for someone who can actually take data, once they understand the business, and apply what they know.
- Good Communications Skills.
- Self-starter
- Work in a virtual team environment
- The normal business apps.Word, Excel , etc.
- The ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects at once and deliver on-time
