Mandatory and Preferred Requirements and Qualifications:

• Eight (8) total years of verifiable Information Technology (IT} programming experience in web development using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Five (5) total years of verifiable experience as a Senior .Net Web Developer.
• Five (5) total years of verifiable .Net experience utilizing C -Sharp (C#) and Visual Basic .Net (VB.Net).
• Five (5) total years of verifiable experience with SOL Server Database Design and development including optimization of queries, creating tables, views, stored procedures, and functions.
• Three (3) total years of verifiable experience working directly with end-users to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance in a large-scale environment.

• Two (2) total years of verifiable experience with Web Development using Microsoft .NET technologies with Visual Studio 2005 or later version.
• Two (2) total years of verifiable data conversion experience to SOL Server.
• One (1) total year of verifiable Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience developing and securing Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
• One (1) total year of verifiable experience creating and processing Extensible Markup Language(XML) files.
• Six (6) total months of verifiable SOL Server 2008 Reporting experience.
• A demonstrable understanding of N-tier environments as it relates to deployment.
• A demonstrable understanding of code repository strategies, code promotion strategies and recovery using Visual Source Safe or Team Foundation Server (preferred).
• A demonstrable understanding of the new features introduced with the release of Visual Studio 2010.

Furthermore, it is preferred, but not required, the candidates have one or more of the following qualifications/ certifications:

• Experience implementing Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) enabled controls within Active Server Pages (ASP) .Net Web applications.
• Experience implementing and configuring the "Enterprise Library" for auditing, logging and data access.
• One (1) total year experience developing C# .NET web projects in Visual Studio 2008. Experience converting legacy databases to SOL Server 2008.
• Understanding of how to automate processes using SOL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
