:

Technical Lead MOSS 2007/2010

Relevant Experience (Yrs)

:

7+ Years of IT; 4-5yrs+ as Solution Designer / Architect in MOSS 2007/2010

Technical/Functional Skills

:

Ability to define solutions for Customers in Microsoft technologies (.NET, SharePoint 2007/ 2010 Portal, SQL Server, Lotus to MOSS migration).

Ability to create solutions, Design and architect MOSS requirements Executive stakeholders, all the way up to C Level Executives.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must.

Experience Required

 

Manufacturing industry; and awareness of Microsoft technology related needs and trends for such Clients is a must.

Experience in implementation and rolling out MOSS

Portal Implementation and Integration solutions are a must using MOSS.

Experience in application / database from older to newer Microsoft technologies.

Experience in SQL Server BI is preferred.

Experience in performance tuning of Microsoft applications MOSS

Experience in sizing infrastructure is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

:

Technical Lead for a MOSS Implementation in US

Liaison with Business users to gather requirements

Design and architecting solution

Work with India Offshore team – collaborate effectively

 

Generic Managerial Skills

:

Effective Customer and Business User management

Manage onsite – offshore activities

Education

:

Bachelor of Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
