-Determine requirements for functional and performance testing.

-Develop test plans.

-Define and execute tests , report QA metrics.

-Assess opportunities for test automation; drive increased use of automated testing. -Develop and execute Banking Industry Experience MUSTperformance tests.

-Identify opportunities for improving existing processes Track record of successful QA project planning and execution.

-Knowledge of various testing techniques and approaches Experience constructing test plans from requirements.
