6. Must have experience in ticketing tools such as Remedy or HPSM

7. Should be able to work at customer site, guiding the offshore team to handle deliverables.

6+ years of testing experience especially on applications developed in Mainframe. ? Analyzing Business Requirements for creating and reviewing test ware ? Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Cases. ? Experience in Test cases execution, Defect Tracking, Defect Analysis and participating in meetings with clients. ? Should have knowledge on Test estimation, Optimum use of tools and techniques ? Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills ? Prior experience of handling a team of 5+ is a must. ? Be able to understand and explain the STLC life cycle and methodologies. ? Should have knowledge on batch processing, JCL,CICS, VSAM errors and be able to assist team resolving issues. ? Hands on working experience on Quality Center (QC) tool ? Hands-on working experience on Mainframe system, SQL queries and RDBMS concepts. ? Flexibility to work in onsite/ offshore model ?
