Primary skill ? Unix, Teradata, Abinitio ETL, Incident Management tools

4 to 6 years Experience in application production support environment in 24/7 support environment.

Hands on experience on HP Service Manager will be an added advantage.

Good communication, good attitude, commitment and dedication Knowledge of ITIL framework

Requires excellent customer facing skills, people management experience is added advantage

Client Environnent: Unix (Linux,Solaris,HP), Oracle, Teradata

Project Description

We are seeking candidates with following requirements and request only those who qualify on the following to apply.

L3 Production support role

1. Good command on Abinitio ETL design, Development.

2. Good command over Unix Environment with shell scripting and database skills

3. Hands on experience in batch job support.

4. Extremely good communication Skill & good understanding in ITIL frame work is essential

5. Need to handle changes & release management.

6. Must have experience in ticketing tools such as Remedy or HPSM

7. Should be able to work at customer site, guiding the offshore team to handle deliverables.
