Location: North Carolina

Duration: Long Term

 

The resources should have extensive process flow experience. 

 The candidate must have experience working with the business and IT function teams on e2e process documentation.

Services and Warranty experience preferable.

Their responsibilities will be to work  with Biz Transformation and IT Function teams to do the following: 
Work with Services SMT, IT function team and BT teams to document e2e solution process flows
Track  solution documentation discrepancies until resolved
Map new requirements to existing Services Biz process flows

 

CRM Service * experience with Base Management, Service order management, Complaints & Returns, In-house repairs & Case management, Work Force Management, Single Object Controlling

Experienced in IC WebClient Customization, CIC Organization Management, CIC Profile configuration, Knowledge Search, Business transactions, Product Catalog, Web Shop and User Administration, XCM Configurations.

CRM Project experience includes system configuration, ABAP/4 developments for reports, Webclient extension, Customer Enhancements, Business Add-ins, and ABAP/4 Queries.

Has played Techno functional lead roles in the past.

Exposure to different business segments / service industry.

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Have exposure to work environments where she/he had to coordinate with various parties to drive solutions/results.

Good hands-on experience with technical components * ABAP , Customer enhancements, Business Add-ins etc.
