Job Title	:	Onsite Lead
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	4-5
Technical/Functional Skills	:	·         Total 4-5 years of experience in developing .NET based web applications using .NET Framework 4.0 and ORM such as Fluent NHibernate 3.1 or Entity Framework ·         Total 4-5 years of experience in developing MVC3+ based architecture ·         Total 4-5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 around creation of database objects i.e. tables, views, stored procedures, triggers ·         Experience of using NUnit as part of Unit Testing is a must ·         Certification in ASP.Net and C# is preferable ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skill ·         Demonstrated ability to work with offshore team in past projects
