Job Description:

This is a 8 plus months opportunity in Boston , MA

Ideally strong C#  Serverside developer – multi-threading exp, expert with SQL , SSIS, ETL ( Some C++ work – shd be able to read C++ codes if not code )

 

 

·         Strong server-side/C#.Net developer (not UI/presentation layer people – just the behind the scenes mid-to-backend server programmers)….

·         (C++ has to be in their background somewhere – even if school).  Though 85% of legacy code is C++, they are not looking to re-write it, and all new dev is in C# so candidates shouldn't get scared off of having to develop in C++.

 

·         The profile tends to be that C# "realtime" developer that has threaded/socket/network programming/remoting/windows services, server programming.  These people 'tend' to have C++.  Kind of goes with the server-side/multi-threading/socket/network profile.

 

·         This person will be writing services (web and windows), building interfaces, working with the data access layer, database table design – so mid-to-backend.  (no front-end/presentation layer, asp.net, UI people).

 

·         Must have strong design and structured programming (e.g. design the building blocks of an application) background (e.g. design patterns).

 

 

Must Must have storng SQL Server – SSIS ( lot of middle tier integration work here ) , ETL experience
