They don't want to see automated testers who are OK with doing manual testing, they want this person to be focused on manual testing and the e-commerce piece is a must have.  QTP is just nice to have.  

 

 Required Skills::

experience in Manual Testing  -> Required

experience in Automation Testing(QTP)  -> Required

experience in Service Testing (manual & Automation)  -> Required

Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills -> Required

Extensive use of Excel and Word Document  -> Required
