Job Title: L2 Mobility Support Tech

Duration: 3 months with possible extension

Location: Plano,TX

 

Job Description:

The requirement is to provide L2 support on mobile applications developed on Client's Mobility platform

• Support will cover analyzing a raised ticket, to assign it either to the AMP platform support team (if it's platform related issue) or the application developer team (if it's an application issue). The support provided by the antenna and the developer team would be considered L3 support.

• The candidate will be provided training on client's mobility platform.

Required Skills:

Android / Iphone mobile platform debugging skills - this is required only at an application level.

2-3 years relevant experience debugging applications Needs to understand debugging of mobile apps Desired Skills Support Background.
