Title: SAP ABAP Developer (HCM)
Duration: 3 months (+ extensions)

Rate: $55/hr all inc.
Must have ABAP experience in SAP HCM.
Competencies:
· Previous experience with the following SAP ABAP technical areas: ALV Reporting, Userexits, BDC and Call-Transaction, Interfaces including ALE, IDoc, and BAPI, Module Pool (on-line dialog), SAPScript and Smart-Forms, enhancements, and Object Oriented ABAP.
· Candidates must have experience with SAP ECC 6.0.
· Additionally, candidates must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, the ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities, preferably familiar with GMP and validated software environments, ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and be comfortable in a team environment.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent training or work experience.
· At minimum, five years of experience in SAP ABAP programming including at least three in HCM.
· Position will be supporting global instance of SAP HCM.
1. Candidate will be accountable for developing SAP ABAP programs and associated software development lifecycle (SDLC) deliverables in global instance of SAP HCM.
2. Deliverables include modifications to existing programs, as well as, development of new interfaces.
3. This position requires completing all steps of the SDLC including: interpretation of functional requirements and confirming requirements with users, writing program specifications, ABAP development, and the writing, executing, and documenting unit test protocols.
4. In addition, developers may be required to assist in system, integration, performance and user acceptance testing.
5. Assignments will include conversions, reports, userexits, and interfaces for both project and production support initiatives.
