Location: Bernards, NJ (must be local to Liberty Corner)
Start date - immediately

DOT NET DEVELOPER with Architecture background and strong Silverlight skills.
Must have worked in a Financial/Insurance/Banking domain.

Job Description:
Minimum 7 years of experience in developing multi-tiered solutions using .NET. Minimum 5 years dedicated experience in

working with SQL, stored procedures, SSIS and other back-end development.
Minimum 2 years knowledge and experience working on complex Silverlight applications.
Technical skills to master application development: understanding of relational database concepts, and other skills

involved with implementing an advanced web application.
Demonstrated ability to design, configure, and test software products.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience creating successful (well-received) GUI designs and application workflow.
Experience creating data-model designs, including appropriate use of normalization, indexes and constraints.
Experience managing a code base as part of a team using a source control management system (such as VSS, TFS, PVCS,

CVS, Subversion, etc.).
Flexible, enthusiastic approach to work including a strong desire to learn a new product and a new business domain.
Desired qualifications: Experience working on Actuarial applications.
Experience or Knowledge of modeling tools like CATRADER, CLASSIC2 or RMS.
Experience implementing XML Web Services.
Experience working with Team Foundation Server.
