Scrum Master/ Iteration Manager - Specialized (1866464)

• Empowers the team to self-organize and become cross-functional

• Must have 6+ years IT experience

• Must have 1+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience utilizing Agile delivery framework

• Hands-on experience in the proactive, passionate improvement of software development process and practices to optimize business value delivery

• Preferred to be a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent

• Preferred to have experience with distributed development teams which span multiple geographies, time zones and cultures

• Preferred to have direct experience in a Web, Java, XML, RDBMS development environment

• Must have experience overseeing project teams with at least 10 team members

• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication and time management skills

• Must be self-motivated, organized, self-confident and self-directing with a proven ability to identify priorities and mobilize initiatives in an orderly fashion to achieve desired results with minimal supervision

• Must be effective and efficient in identifying and proposing creative, innovative solutions to complex, time-critical challenges

• Must possess excellent situational awareness and an ability to remain calm under pressure and be cognizant of how you are perceived

• Must have hands-on experience and a thorough understanding of agile software development lifecycle, methods, values, and practices as they relate to project management, development, testing, release management and change management

• Must have hands-on project management experience in an Agile environment

• Must have a demonstrated passion for software development and track record of delivering business value through successful project management, implementation, and support

• Leverages “management by walking around” to cut through lines of vertical communication, emphasizing the importance of interpersonal contact, building trust and relationships, open appreciation and recognition, removing blockers, making work less formal and increasing team motivation

• Demonstrated ability to build business relationships and gain the trust of others, while embracing constructive feedback
