Overview:
VST Consulting Inc, is looking for Technical Recruiters with offices in Iselin NJ and Hyderabad India
Responsibilities
In this position, the recruiter is responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment process including:
· Identification of potential candidates utilizing websites, internal databases, referrals, job fairs, and other creatives networking techniques
· Conducting phone screenings, in-person interviews and skill assessments in order to determine applicant's technical competence
· Present contract opportunities to qualified applicants
· Negotiate contract and terms of employment
· Build and maintain excellent relationships with contract employees
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 year of IT recruiting experience in an agency environment
· Ability to work independently while maintaining a high-sense of urgency and professionalism
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with IT professionals
