Data modeling/ETL – Resource

•        5+ years Oracle SQL, PL/SQL

•        Deep understanding of data modeling techniques.

o        Kindly do note that the data modeling performed will be pertaining to data modeling for application development (primarily). Knowledge of dimensional modeling is preferred but a secondary requirement.

o        Good exposure and experience in Agile Data modeling. (Required)

o        Familiarity in data modeling patterns (desired but not required)

o        Good knowledge of ER/Studio 8.5 and beyond. (desired but not required.)

o        Oracle DB SQL & PL/SQL Performance Tuning. (Required)

o        Familiarity in designing/reviewing XSD’s.  (Not mandatory but knowledge would be a huge plus)

o        Familiarity with NoSQL solutions. (Not mandatory but knowledge would be a huge plus)

o        Strong Linux shell scripting abilities

•        Working knowledge of web services (Soap, Rest). Preferably, this person would have experience using Informatica Power Exchange for web services

•        Excellent communication skills

•        Team player with good attitude and solid work ethic

•        Familiar with Agile development methodologies (The data services team practices Kanban but will be primarily interacting with application development teams practicing SCRUM.)
