Qualifications: 
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science 
- 7 Years experience in Application development 
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience with SalesForce.com 
- 3+ Years experience in Application Development using Java, .Net, Oracle 
- 2+ Years experience as Team Lead of small developer team 
- Experience in developing Salesforce Roadmap in collaboration with the end business customer 
- Familiarity with Auto Finance/Banking concepts
