Seeking a Software QA Automation Engineer to work with a fast paced Agile development team. This key role will be responsible for the continuous implementation and improvement of functional test automation.
- Experience with quality assurance and test automation development within an Agile development environment
- Knowledge of Web testing techniques and best practices
- Strong knowledge of HTML, C#/Javascript, Web Services, XML, SQL
- Experience developing automated test suites using Selenium or other automated testing tools
- Excellent problem solving, planning and analytical skills
- Experience using Fitnesse, JIRA and Confluence a plus
- Exposure and experience to load/scalability testing techniques and testing tools (Jmeter/LoadRunner) a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop robust, reusable automated functional and regression test suites
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a suite of enterprise applications, in an Agile development environment, with an eye towards quality, performance, and testability
- Design and implement frameworks for testing web services
- Provide training/mentorship to QA team members in automated testing techniques and discipline
