BA who has reporting, analytics and warehousing experience. Here are some high-level roles and responsibilities. I'd like a seasoned resource with more than 7 years of proven BA experience with the analytics/warehousing specialty.
? Work as a liaison among project/release/iteration stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for new functionality being created by ADS and changes to business processes involving ADS.
? Own the creation of requirement documents that are clear and straightforward using diagrams, tables and pictures as much as possible.
? Create the project/release/iteration feature list. Decompose and refine requirements to produce detailed feature requirements
? Actively work with people across the organization to foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
? Be the SME for business and functional domain knowledge within ADS.
? Communicate appropriately- work with developers, testers and the Business to make sure requirements and functionality decisions are distributed appropriately across the team.
? Own the communication of ongoing changes to requirements and functionality appropriately across the team.
? Adhere to all Comcast, NETO, CET, BSS and ADS policies and governance practices.
? Adhere to internal and EPMO SDLC methodology.
? Ensure requirement documentation has the necessary approvals to comply with SDLC and meet audit standards
? Adhere to project/release/iteration deliverables within SLAs.
? Contribute to, and use best practice approaches and standards.
? Be collaborative, innovative and strive for solutions oriented approaches.
