Direct Client Req: SAP CRM/IPM Consultant

Location: Burbank, CA

Duration: 6 Months

 

Required:

 

·         Collaborates with the Functional Team Leads in conducting functional impact analysis for new capabilities and for changes to existing capabilities.

·         Responsible for evaluation and prioritization of process improvement opportunities.

·         Leads the development of the Business process design, and facilitates other discussions as necessary.

·         Interacts with system architects and developers to ensure system is properly implemented.

·         Review business scenarios for testing, and review and approve Test Plans with a focus on Integration, Regression and User Acceptance testing.

·         Assist with testing and training activities as defined by the project team

·         Work with OR team to capture change management issues and assist in defining external communications.

·         Accountable for gathering requirements for RICEF objects.

·         Responsible for execution of test scripts during testing phase.
