3.) Network-centricity and Asynchronous Design - REQUIRED, Intermediate
4.) Continuous Integration - Plus, Beginner
5.) OOP design patterns - Desired
6.) Experience with JUnit - Desired
7.) Open source experience - Desired

Android Specific:
1.) Android SDK & NDK - REQUIRED, Intermediate
2.) Eclipse - REQUIRED, Intermediate
2.) SMS/MMS Messaging - REQUIRED, Intermediate
3.) Driver and debugging experience - REQUIRED, Intermediate
