# Positions	The candidates have to come for the interview on Tuesday between 5:30 and 9 PM. Below is more details: •Translates client business needs into business  requirements that the IT project teams can understand and act on.     •This role assumes  responsibility for business analysis formulates and defines systems scope and  objectives based on both user needs and possesses a thorough understanding of  business systems and industry requirements.                •The Business Systems Analyst  provides innovation in processes across multiple areas throughout ETS, engages  other IT support areas and resolves issues with minimal business impact.                 •This resource works with both  internal and external business partners to identify and analyze business and  user needs, documentation of the requirements for translation into proper  system requirements specifications in support of modifications or creation of  new applications to meet needs across the organization.                           •The Business Systems Analyst  possesses full technical knowledge of most phases of systems analysis, and  also considers the business implications of the application of technology to  the current and future business environment.             •Assist with testing of application  releases.  Requires SQL experience  to verify correct operation of application  functionality.             •Microsoft Office applications, SQL,  software requirements management tool (Requisite Pro, DOORS, Power  Designer) •Power Designer experience  desired
