Skill and Role Summary:
Looking for manual testers who can not only handle test case execution, but also creation of test cases based off of initial requirements and wireframes. Must be familiar with OSX/Windows/Android,iOS operating systems and have experience with cross-browser testing.
Preferably experience with JIRA, and/or TestLink but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal as they will be required to clearly describe any issues they find and must be able to provide valuable feedback.
Strong critical thinking skills to identify test cases based on negative/positive testing from requirements.
Ideally, we're not looking for someone who can just execute test cases when provided and little else.
Must be able to handle a fast-pace and high-stress environment.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Contractors will be running through series of test cases (and creating them as necessary) on multiple devices and operating systems. They will be reporting the issues they find in JIRA and if necessary be able to speak on the issues they find.
They will also be updating and creating test cases as requirements change or new functionalities are introduced and thus need to be analytical.
Requirements:
