Job Title:         Applications Developer

 

Desired Skills & Experience
• Hands on experience/ Working knowledge of Advent including RSL and Unix Programming (Shell)
• Hands on experience of SSRS/SSIS and Hands on experience of writing and upgrading RDLs
• Additional module knowledge big plus (e.g. Bank Loans, Swap etc)
• Experience in Back office operations automation areas like Reconciliation, Security & Market Data Management etc
• Data reconciliation experience across different version of Geneva and Geneva Advantage big plus.
• Relational database development in SQL Server—All versions (2005/2008/2010).
• Basic understanding of .net/JAVA/Power Builder
• B.S. / M.S. in Math/Engineering
• Minimum 2-5 years of technical experience on Advent Geneva.
• Strong communication skill and ability to multi task

 

Additional Information:

• Report writing using Advent Geneva RSL and Unix programming
• Ownership of task/project including Analysis and designing solution to given business problem 
• Meet high coding and system design standards and also own unit testing
• Work with other team members located globally and business partners
• Continuous Learning about alternative investment industry and various modules for Advent Geneva
