• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area

• Minimum 8 years' directly relevant work experience as a BSA in supply planning and inventory required               

• Must be a subject Matter Expert in Supply Planning and Inventory Optimization               

• 5 plus years implementing Supply Chain Planning systems           

• Background in Industrial Engineering or Planning processes highly preferred      

• Experience with one or all of the following system platforms. i2, Manugistics, JDA or SAP/SNP required

• Experience in design and architecture required

• Exposure to project methodologies.      

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, precise and easy-to-read functional specifications critical     

• Strong business acumen to quickly learn new consumer experiences (or business processes) and understand the technology requirements needed to support achieving revenue and profit goals

• Proven ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions        

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment      

• Flexible, ability to deal with ambiguity, and a demonstrated desire for continuous personal growth         

• Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others within work group

• Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)  

• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams  

• Experience with Lean principles and methods   

• IT Knowledge and hands on experience in supporting either retail or e-commerce business        

• Deep knowledge and hands on creation of key artifacts including uses cases, UML, user stories, user acceptance criteria, functional specifications, configuration stories or specifications

• Consumer Relationship Management tool and process experience desired         

• Ability to pass a 7-year background investigation
